'Russia has good locations for films'

In an article published in The Hindustan Times, Madhur Bhandarkar, noted film maker, has suggested his friends and other film makers to include a location or more from Russia in their films.
Why? He has some good experience to share :
"I must mention that Russia is a beautiful country. Warm people, great hospitality, and picturesque locales -Indian filmmakers must explore Russian locations for our films. I hope that every year I get an opportunity to screen my films here. With more such occasions, ties between Indian and Russian cinema would strengthen."
Madhur looks very happy to see the land of lovers of Indian cinema. These are the people who admired Raj Kapur's Mera Naam Joker  to Mithun Chakraborty's Dicso Dancer. Madhur further shares his feeling:
"The reactions I got for Fashion overwhelmed me as people gave standing ovations. The subtle underlined emotion that we think are country specific, are experienced in the same way by the Russians too."
Madhur has gone to Russia to participate in 31st Moscow Film Festival. Interstingly he is the only Indian representative as Fashion is the opening film of the festival.
