Eat as you like, but dil se

Whatever we consume, it affects the entire body, mind and the soul, of course. I often suggest my friends to be aware of what you eat. We, generally, use to have break fast, lunch and dinner. In my opinion, among these three, one should be highly energetic, one for body i.e. high in terms of nutrients and the other exclusively that suits your tongue. This way, the breakfast should be high in energy, if it's being taken after 6 to 8 hours of sleep. The lunch should be nutritious and light. And at the end of the day, certainly you need the dish that satiates you following a good night sleep, without pills. So, eat whatever you opt, but Dil se.
