Reality TV star Jade Goody is no more now. She died at home in in Upshire, Essex, after a battle with cancer. The star whose name flashed in Indian Media following some racial comments against Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty, died at home at 3.14am on Mother's Day. She was 27. Quoting Jade's spokesman Max Clifford, the BBC reports :
She died at home in Upshire, Essex, overnight on Saturday
after a battle
with cancer. Goody was diagnosed with cervical cancer in 2008
but the disease
spread to her liver, groin and bowel and she was told it was
terminal in
February. She had been treated at the Royal Marsden Hospital in
west London but
wanted to die at home with her family. She wanted "to spend
all the time she had
got left" with new husband Jack Tweed and sons, Bobby,
five, and Freddy,
four. 
Goody was diagnosed with cervical cancer in 2008 married partner Jack Tweed in February. Her husband & mother were with her when she breaths her last.

Prior to Goody's entry into the Big Brother house, she was a dental nurse. Goody
lives with her sons in Upshire, a village in Essex. Her father, Andrew Robert
Goody (February 1963 - August 2005), who was of mixed race, was a drug addict
and habitual criminal, who served prison sentences including a four-year term
for robbery. He and Goody's mother, Jackiey Budden (born April 1958), split up
when Goody was two, and became estranged from Goody, whilst Goody's mother
brought her up in Bermondsey. Goody's father died of a drug overdose in
Bournemouth, aged 42. Goody had a relationship with TV presenter and fellow
reality television regular Jeff Brazier, the father of her two sons, both of
whom were born in Harlow, Essex: Bobby Jack Brazier, born on 6 June 2003, and
Freddie Brazier, born in September 2004. In 2005, Goody had a six month
relationship with footballer Ryan Amoo.
